Warranty

Items sold by FenceDirectGarden.com are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale, provided said items are used as intended.

Liability is limited to the repair of, refund of purchase price paid for, or replacement in kind of, at FenceDirectGarden.com's sole option, any items proved defective, provided the allegedly defective items are returned to FenceDirectGarden.com prepaid.

The warranties expressed above are in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties.

There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, except as stated herein, there are no implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, which are specially disclaimed. The liability of FenceDirectGarden.com, it's officers, employees, and/or contractors for breach of warranty as herein stated is the exclusive remedy and in no event shall the company, its officers, employees and/or contractors be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages, even if the possibility of such incidental or consequential damages have been made known to FenceDirectGarden.com.

Return Policy

FenceDirectGarden.com will replace all defective parts. A defective return goods authorization is required. Please contact us for an RGA number. We will remake personalized items at no charge only when we are at fault. All other corrections will be the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized items may not be returned if not defective. We will accept the return of non-personalized items within 30 days of shipping. There is a 15% re-stocking charge on all non-defective returned items.

Damaged Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact UPS immediately and file a claim.

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and security. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. (Your browser will show the padlock indicating a secure connection.) All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access, and is removed from the server data base as soon as the order is completed.

We will not, without your prior consent, disclose any information you provide us to outside parties unless we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, or protect the rights, property or safety of FenceDirectGarden.com, our users, or others.
